Within the breath is the space – the letting go and accepting of the moment and the path that presents itself – while you walk it you may walk in silence, sing, parade, stomp, romp, scream, and yet – You make the conscious decision – choose the possible possibilities in the midst of the fires, destruction, barricades to pass – – – to breathe…leave behind what no longer serves and find the way you choose to live this moment.
Many words – too many – there must be a simpler way to assuage my fears. As before – take off the fear goggles, earplugs, gag and untie the rope around you limbs. Let it all drop to the ground, this uniform thrust upon you and so easily buttoned up. As it slips and drops with a thud, your nakedness is your strength. Open wide your arms. Be aware. Rest when you need. Act when you are able.
