The way my body and mind are tracking these days, I’m bound to make mistakes, rush, through clouds of fog – do my best at the moment. But what if now – just for now – I complete a task and wait. Wait. Review. Then send. What if instead of thinking FOR someone, you brake it down – review and then get the OK from a client. From yourself.

All this to say, rushing is waisting – it will inevitably come back to make more work, and deplete your energy and ability to take care of a situation.

It’s about recognizing the moment – your embodiment of the moment you are experiencing – accepting the limitations and creating an storyline – listing to the enfolding of the story, plotting out a journey and being able to be able to be flexible with your path and time spent.

This includes health, grief, and relationships.

Quite a voice coming out of me at 6 in the morning… Give yourself a break, put it in perspective and be gentle with yourself.
